Financial Planning Team Member

Responsibilities

• Establish financial plans and manage budgets
• Perform closing, analysis, and reporting of management profit and loss by project
• Conduct rolling forecasts and scenario-based profit estimation
• Support financial decision-making for major businesses and projects
• Prepare management reports and provide insights on key issues
• Improve and optimize financial processes
• Execute strategic tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management planning, or management accounting
• Ability to understand complex business structures and derive financial implications
• Proficiency in preparing reporting materials for executive management
• Capability to perform financial modeling and data analysis using AI tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to travel overseas without disqualifying factors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in profit and loss management or financial analysis at a corporate or business unit level
• Strong skills in data visualization and logical reasoning for reports
• High understanding of the gaming industry
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and experience in process improvement using AI/automation tools
• Fluency in English communication
