Financial Planning & Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and produce academy reports related to program performance, cost-benefit analysis, and revenue generation
• Lead the development of the academy's annual budget in collaboration with program managers
• Develop multi-year revenue projections and monitor financial execution against targets
• Track and document strategic initiatives for board and senior management reporting
• Monitor and manage the closure of risk and audit observations to ensure compliance
• Manage the academy's master event calendar and annual HR/finance cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy
• Experience in the education sector or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
