Financial Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise budget reviews including payroll, activity costs, and intercompany transactions
• Consolidate and analyze the HQ budget for the Chief Financial Planning Officer
• Contribute to monthly and semi-annual closings and perform variance analysis
• Drive transverse costs for HQ teams such as Workplace France and taxes
• Coordinate costs impacting all global zones
• Perform transverse analyses for structural projects like real estate investments and long-term headcount
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 3 collaborators
• Improve financial processes and tools

Requirements

• Solid professional experience with initial management functions
• Experience in an audit firm is ideal
• Higher degree in management (Business School, Engineering School, or University) specializing in finance, audit, or management control
• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and internal audit is appreciated
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
