Financial Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise budget reviews, including payroll, activity costs, and intercompany transactions.
• Consolidate and analyze the HQ budget to provide syntheses for the Chief Financial Planning Officer.
• Support monthly and semi-annual closings by analyzing variances against the budget.
• Drive corporate financial planning by managing transverse costs such as workplace and taxes.
• Coordinate costs impacting all global zones and perform analyses for structural projects like real estate investments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of three collaborators in a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.

Requirements

• Higher degree in management, finance, audit, or management control.
• Proven professional experience with initial management responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity for financial tools.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an audit firm.
• Knowledge of IFRS and taxation.
• Experience with internal audit processes.
• A personal interest in the video game industry.
