Financial Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner for Marketing and Trade Marketing teams in planning, controlling, and executing budgets
• Lead the forecast process and analyze budget variations, explaining key drivers
• Prepare monthly reports to ensure visibility of results, investments, and performance
• Perform profitability (P&L) analysis by product, category, customer, and channel
• Develop financial analyses for commercial initiatives (In & Out)
• Monitor investments in Advertising, Trade Marketing, POP, and Consumer Support
• Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to improve ROI and decision-making
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams on financial matters
• Prepare and present financial information to local and global stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting, and analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning, commercial finance, or similar roles
• Advanced business English (indispensable)
• Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas)
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability analysis
• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or HFM
• Knowledge of commercial finance concepts including pricing, ROI, and expense control
