Financial Planning, Controllership, Reporting & Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end finance cycle for the Operating Unit, including forecasting, planning, actuals reporting, and performance analysis
• Act as the single point of accountability for the integrity and accuracy of all financial results and outlooks
• Lead all planning and forecasting cycles, providing high-quality analytics on key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure robust financial controls, stewardship, and compliance with IFRS, Haleon policies, and local regulations
• Oversee statutory and management reporting while driving the simplification and automation of reporting outputs
• Partner with the OU Finance Head and business leadership to drive strategic and operational decision-making
• Lead and develop a team of finance managers, fostering a strong controllership and insight-driven culture
• Drive continuous improvement and major finance transformation projects in partnership with Business Process Owners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of finance experience, specifically across controllership and FP&A disciplines
• Proven leadership experience in a matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel
• Strong background in IFRS and local statutory reporting
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or an MBA
• Experience with ERP systems like Workday or SAC
• Experience with Analysis for Office
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications within a finance context
