Financial Planning, Controllership, Reporting & Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end finance cycle for the Operating Unit, including forecasting, planning, actuals reporting, and performance analysis.
• Act as the single point of accountability for the integrity and accuracy of all financial results and outlooks.
• Lead all planning and forecasting cycles while driving high-quality analytics to explain key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure robust financial controls, stewardship, and compliance in line with IFRS, Haleon policies, and local regulations.
• Oversee statutory and management reporting, driving simplification and automation of reporting outputs.
• Partner with the OU Finance Head and business leadership to drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead and develop the FPCRA team, fostering a strong controllership and insight-driven finance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and major finance transformation projects across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of finance experience across multiple disciplines, specifically in controllership and FP&A.
• Proven leadership experience in a matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Deep expertise in IFRS, internal controls, and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in digital tools including SAP, SAC, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or an MBA.
• Experience with Analysis for Office and ERP systems like Workday.
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications within a finance context.
