Financial Planning and Forecasting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and forecasting support for monthly forecasts (CMF), Annual Business Planning (ABP), and Standards Setting (FLIP)
• Prepare monthly Sales, CoGs, A&P, OPEX (overall P&L), and Cash Flow forecasts
• Create, update, and maintain financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly market forecasts
• Perform variance analysis to explain performance differences and provide commentaries for P&L and Balance Sheet lines
• Manage the submission of CMF and ABP into BISON and own the annual cost Flip process
• Prepare internal management reports (e.g., MPR) for executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, or IT
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a similar operating model or sector
• Experience working with E-commerce models
• Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, FP&A, or Financial Business Partnering, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Strong commercial acumen and business knowledge
• Experience working within a matrix environment
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong report writing, coordination, and organizational skills
