Financial Planning and Budget Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and track financial, material, human, and technological resource requirements for cost centers
• Process and manage vendor payments through requisitions
• Recover operating expenses such as telephony, messaging, and transport, ensuring budget availability
• Generate monthly reports on savings and budget deviations
• Prepare financial reports comparing budgeted amounts against actual spending
• Perform monthly provisions for accrued expenses
• Support cost center users in resource administration
• Implement process improvements in accordance with corporate policies and governance frameworks
• Prepare information for internal and external audits
• Support the formulation of the annual budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field
• Experience in administration, finance, or customer service
• Proven experience in budget control
• Strong analytical skills regarding financial information
• Experience in vendor management and payment processing
• Knowledge of administrative processes and auditing
• Ability to work with multiple cost centers
• Intermediate English proficiency
