Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of executive-level financial reporting and analysis using consolidated team outputs
• Create comprehensive financial narratives that translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario planning frameworks to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct rate modeling and strategic financial analyses to ensure forecast accuracy
• Prepare high-level materials and analysis for Investor Relations (IR) and Board of Directors (BoD) presentations
• Partner with Sector CFOs and Analysts to ensure clear communication of financial results and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
• Graduate Degree with minimum 7 years of prior related experience
• Or 13+ years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in financial modeling and scenario planning

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated FP&A experience
• Experience in executive-level reporting (IR, BoD, or similar)
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion/Smartview
