Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute project plans and deliver solutions across FP&A domains including performance visibility, financial planning, interim FP&A, and decision support
• Deliver end-to-end reporting solutions inclusive of KPI selection, data solutions, and visualization dashboards
• Assist clients with developing forecasting and budgeting processes and implementing planning technologies
• Support clients in interim FP&A leadership capacities
• Provide point-specific solutions such as 13-week cash flow models, ROI models, and profitability analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate FP&A
• Mastery of financial modeling, specifically integrated 3-statement and 13-week cash forecast models
• Proficiency in technologies such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, OneStream, Oracle FCCS, or SAP BPC
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Alteryx
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong understanding of accounting and the relationships between financial statements
• Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location
