Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute project plans and deliver solutions across FP&A domains including performance visibility and financial planning
• Deliver end-to-end reporting solutions inclusive of KPI selection, back-end data solutions, and visualization dashboards
• Assist clients with developing forecasting and budgeting processes and implementing planning technologies
• Support clients in interim FP&A leadership capacities
• Provide decision support through 13-week cash flow models, ROI models, pricing analysis, and revenue/profitability analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate FP&A, or business operations
• Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, or other coding languages
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
• Experience with ERPs like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location
