Financial Planning and Analysis - Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and continual financial planning activities, providing business rationale for month-end performance and forecasting.
• Conduct reviews and analysis on product financial performance, consumption/demand planning, and budgeting for Legal Entity and Capital.
• Create financial business cases to support various business initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics and drive data quality initiatives across product areas.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and present commentary to senior management.
• Design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver financial results.
• Enhance controls and streamline processes through automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 3+ years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services or an accounting/controller background.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience with data mining, gathering, and manipulation of large data sets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present conclusions concisely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex issues to senior management.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
