Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supervise and analyze investment plans (headcount, OPEX, CAPEX, and cash-flow) for a portfolio of international studios
• Act as the primary contact at headquarters for local financial controllers
• Evaluate performance of Creative Houses and the Network using financial KPIs and variance analysis
• Specialize in HR Controlling and workforce cost optimization in collaboration with HR teams
• Manage the global reporting process, including budget frameworks, calendars, and expectations
• Participate in Business Plan reviews to challenge assumptions and align with strategic objectives
• Provide forward-looking analyses to Group management regarding risks and investment trade-offs
• Improve financial tracking tools, standards, and data structures to enhance R&D investment transparency

Requirements

• Significant experience in financial planning, management control, or auditing
• Experience in an international or matrix environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
• Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, multidimensional databases, Hyperion/HFM, Power BI, or Tableau
• Fluency in English
