Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on costs specifically focused on partner carriers and direct shipping.
• Perform KPI-based analyses and develop tools to add value to transportation workstreams.
• Coordinate budget cycles and financial forecasting, building assumptions with partner areas and managing planned vs. actual governance.
• Identify cost-saving and prevention opportunities, structuring project flows and measuring impact.
• Ensure data quality and reliability by maintaining consistency between management bases and reducing manual adjustments.
• Develop automations such as dashboards, automatic reports, and validation routines, applying AI to increase productivity and analytical speed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning or cost analysis.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Google tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to analyze complex data to identify trends and opportunities.
