Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, and profitability to provide timely financial insights to senior management and headquarters.
• Estimate monthly expense plans (Moving Plan) aligned with market trends and global guidelines to project profitability by business line.
• Analyze budget variations to ensure consistency with corporate guidelines and business needs.
• Control and ensure compliance with administrative and marketing budget processes in accordance with internal policies.
• Validate investment budgets and their allocation across different areas to meet annual objectives.
• Maintain direct and constant communication with regional teams and headquarters for the consolidation and reporting of financial information.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and budget management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Fluent Korean proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) for direct interaction with headquarters and global teams.

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and strategically to various organizational levels.
