About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead institutional financial performance analysis, management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive decision-support activities.
  • Develop and maintain financial analyses, business cases, forecasts, scenario models, and performance insights to support organizational decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting support for institutionally managed initiatives, cross-programmatic projects, and strategic investments.
  • Serve as the business owner for financial planning and reporting data within D365, Workday Adaptive Planning, and related platforms to ensure data integrity.
  • Lead continuous improvement, reporting modernization, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of FP&A Analysts to ensure high-quality analytical support across the organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial analytics, or decision-support functions.
  • Strong experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and complex financial models.
  • Experience managing ERP systems and planning platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Demonstrated experience leading analytical teams and driving process automation.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA.
