Financial Planning & Analysis Staff

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets versus actuals for business and finance expenditures to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Report actual financial results, compare them with plans and forecasts, and provide insightful commentary on variances
• Assist in month-end closure activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose actionable recommendations to leadership
• Develop long-term financial projections and build robust financial models to support strategic planning
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational performance
• Drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and Excel dashboards
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting

Requirements

• Professional qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant), ICWA (Management Accountant), US CPA, or MBA (Finance specialization)
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or MIS, preferably within a high-tech company
• Expertise in accounting, expense accruals, and capital expenditure analysis
• Proficiency in Anaplan, SAP, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and numeric skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work in shifts to facilitate collaboration across global time zones
