Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and meaningful business insights to stakeholders
• Act as the main orchestrator for financial forecasting and performance analysis activities
• Ensure high-quality data diagnostic analysis and communicate insights in a timely manner
• Support forecasting and planning cycles and perform financial management, including cost allocation
• Verify that unit financials and non-financial metrics are correctly reflected in the closing process
• Ensure compliance adherence and act with integrity regarding the Finance Mandate
• Support management reporting and data quality assurance while embracing digitalization and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within multi-national IT companies
• Proficiency in English is required
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and IFRS
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and SQL for data analytics and visualization
• Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders
