About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles in collaboration with all functional areas
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including three-statement models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Perform monthly variance analysis to identify root causes of deviations between actual results and budgets
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards for the CFO and senior management highlighting KPIs and business trends
- Conduct detailed profitability and cash flow analyses to support liquidity and capital planning
- Act as a strategic advisor to Property and Operations leaders to support decision-making
- Evaluate new investment projects and develop business cases
- Monitor operating expenses (OPEX) to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Full fluency in both Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance or an MBA
- Specialization in Financial Engineering
- Degree in Public Accounting
