Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of short-term and long-term financial models
• Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across business units and geographies
• Partner with business leaders to develop operating plans and monitor performance
• Consolidate global budgets and forecasts for executive reporting and Board of Directors materials
• Support quarterly earnings preparation through analysis of operating results
• Prepare variance analyses and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Develop executive reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and performance analytics
• Lead, coach, and mentor the FP&A team
• Support the integration of newly acquired business units into the global finance organization

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance measurement frameworks
• Experience in financial services, investment banking, or professional services preferred
• Experience in a publicly traded company preferred
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with planning and reporting systems such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Workday, Hyperion, Power BI, or Tableau
• Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics for financial processes
