Financial Planning Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional financial performance analysis, management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive decision-support activities.
• Develop and maintain financial analyses, business cases, forecasts, scenario models, and performance insights.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting support for institutionally managed initiatives and strategic investments.
• Serve as the business owner for financial planning and reporting data within D365 and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Lead continuous improvement, reporting modernization, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A Analysts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Data Analytics
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analytics
• Strong experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, and financial models
• Experience with ERP systems and planning platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday Adaptive Planning preferred)
• Demonstrated experience leading analytical teams and process improvement
• Advanced English Level (C1)

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA
