Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Corporate Strategy Director

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range financial planning, and rolling forecasts
• Build and maintain integrated financial models connecting operations and capital investment
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Council
• Support fundraising efforts, including investor materials and equity/debt modeling
• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities such as M&A, joint ventures, and partnerships
• Own monthly, quarterly, and Board-level financial reporting and KPI dashboards
• Evaluate capital expenditures, ROI, and government funding/grant compliance
• Scale FP&A processes, tools, and ERP systems to support high growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or corporate development
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, advanced materials, or energy industries
• Background in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets activities
• Experience evaluating M&A or strategic partnerships
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools like Adaptive or Anaplan
• Experience with government funding or grants
