Financial Planning & Analysis Associate Manager, Revenue & Take Rate

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue and take rate modeling, including pricing structure, volume dynamics, and client segmentation
• Serve as the internal expert on product economics, understanding how auction mechanics and pricing decisions affect revenue
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning cycles and present variance commentary to senior leadership
• Partner with product, commercial, and data teams on new product launches and pricing changes
• Design financial models for strategic pricing initiatives and quantify expected revenue impact
• Produce executive-quality deliverables for board presentations, QBRs, and CFO briefings
• Mentor and develop junior FP&A team members on modeling best practices and analytical frameworks

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
• Proven track record of owning complex revenue models and delivering accurate forecasts
• Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling skills
• Proficiency in SQL is strongly preferred
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or marketplace/platform businesses
• Prior experience building revenue models for new product or pricing launches from the ground up
• Familiarity with gross vs. net revenue accounting and auction-based pricing frameworks
• MBA or CFA designation
