About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality, accurate, and compliant financial plans for Wealth Management clients.
- Build, review, and approve goal-based financial plans modeled to address specific client concerns or alternatives.
- Provide on-demand support to wealth management advisory teams via email and phone through the Advice and Planning Helpdesk.
- Respond to inquiries from advisors regarding specific plans, general planning questions, or work status updates.
- Assist advisory teams in the effective use of desktop planning tools.
- Contribute to company quality standards by reviewing plans built by other client-facing associates.
- Lead small projects and make decisions with moderate impact on business operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience (3+ years preferred).
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification required at the time of application.
- FINRA Registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 66.
- University degree preferred.
