About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deepen mass affluent client relationships through proactive outreach and business development.
  • Drive investment sales and new client acquisition while adhering to Global Sales Principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute business development plans for prospects and existing clients within the assigned market area.
  • Provide client-centric investment solutions using a comprehensive financial planning framework.
  • Participate in local professional and community events to build a market profile and expand your professional network.
  • Conduct outbound communications and needs analyses to identify opportunities for tailored financial guidance.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in financial planning and investment sales.
  • Mutual fund certification (IFC or CSC) with current accreditation and good standing for CIRO licensing.
  • Successful completion of a Personal Financial Planning (PFP®) and/or a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
  • Proven networking, client acquisition, and interpersonal skills, including experience with Centres of Influence (COIs).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for frequent travel to meet clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a self-motivated practice.
