About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients by providing high-quality financial planning and investment advisory services.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and implementing growth plans within an assigned market area.
  • Proactively engage with both external prospects and internal bank partners to expand the client base and deepen existing relationships.
  • Deliver personalized investment solutions and conduct comprehensive needs analyses based on clients' financial statements.
  • Participate in community engagement, professional events, and financial seminars to build a strong local presence and network.
  • Ensure all sales and advisory activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in financial planning and investment product sales.
  • Valid Mutual Fund sales permit and compliance with Investment Regulatory requirements (e.g., CSC or equivalent).
  • Possession of the IPF (Institute of Financial Planners) title in Quebec.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client meetings and market prospecting.
  • Strong networking, client acquisition, and interpersonal communication skills.
