Financial Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful financial analysis to ensure the success of large healthcare organizations
• Track key performance indicators and offer best practices to proactively manage customer finances
• Take ownership of customer relationships and lead discussions with healthcare executives to impact decision-making
• Isolate potential financial risks and revenue cycle risk factors through numerical analysis
• Effectively communicate complex financial risks and conclusions to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related area with a history of academic success
• Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL
• Ability to assess data accuracy by comparing results to budgets and forecasts
• Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form logical conclusions
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation reimbursement provided)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a finance-related field
