Financial Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall FinOps process and marketing budget spend, developing strategies for effective allocation
• Partner with finance and business leads to align spend with business objectives and ensure reporting accuracy
• Manage vendor onboarding, finance approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and contract allocations
• Develop scalable budget management frameworks and reporting dashboards using tools like Airtable
• Streamline budget workflows between marketing, procurement, and finance departments
• Establish and maintain SOPs for campaign spend requests, approvals, and tracking
• Lead quarterly reviews with leadership to report on ROI and identify efficiency opportunities
• Build reporting frameworks to track and optimize spend efficiency

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing finance, business operations, FP&A, or marketing operations
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or Airtable
• Strong understanding of the CTV and OTT landscape, including vendors and players
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
