Financial Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead working capital improvement and manage key financial processes
• Partner with Strategic Finance on forecasting and cash management
• Implement scalable order-to-cash processes in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting
• Develop robust procurement processes to manage vendors and support internal investment decisions
• Serve as a key stakeholder in ERP and financial system upgrades across billing, revenue, and expense landscapes
• Develop financial health dashboards to increase visibility for Leadership
• Identify and deploy AI investments to enhance the speed and integrity of financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial operations or a related field
• Deep knowledge of billing, collections, vendor management, and payment systems
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation
• Experience working with and optimizing financial systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
• Demonstrated experience leading small, agile teams while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities
