Financial Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance functions, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate books and records through regular reconciliations and documentation
• Oversee cash flow monitoring, liquidity management, and treasury forecasting
• Strengthen internal controls, documentation standards, and compliance processes
• Support external audits and financial reviews to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and automation
• Partner with accounting and business leaders to align financial insights with operational objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment (e.g., fintech, banking, or digital assets)
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using ERP systems, with NetSuite strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or MBA designation
• Experience in the digital assets or cryptocurrency industry
• Background working in high-growth technology or fintech companies
• Familiarity with finance tools such as Coupa, FloQast, or Jira
