Financial Operations Lead

About the Company

Xendit provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia and is expanding to Greater China and LATAM. We process payments, power marketplaces, disburse payroll and loans, provide KYC solutions, prevent fraud, and help businesses grow exponentially.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the fund management and liquidity strategy for DragonPay operations
• Monitor funds throughout the day to ensure correct allocation across accounts
• Oversee FX operations to ensure seamless execution and no disruptions to merchant flows
• Create or update SOPs to ensure operations follow best practices
• Drive Cash Management and FX metrics such as efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with product teams to provide FinOps input for future product evolutions
• Manage, mentor, and coach team members to scale their skillsets

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced startup or fintech/payments space
• At least 3 years of experience in cross-border and FX operations
• Experience managing a Finance or Financial Operations team of 6-8 people
• Proficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets
• Ability to work onsite in Marikina, Manila daily

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with banks or large financial institutions
• Experience with SQL or visualization tools like Looker
• At least 3 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations
