Financial Operations Associate, Corporate Actions

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifecycle event processing and associated broker reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve breaks identified through daily and monthly reconciliation processes
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and partner with technology teams to implement solutions
• Contribute to the development of back-office infrastructure and leverage existing systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Clearing, Finance, Tax, and trading teams
• Document and formalize processes and procedures to ensure scalability
• Serve as an escalation point for finance operational issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in trade operations or reconciliation
• Strong background in corporate actions and dividends with global experience
• Deep knowledge of global asset classes including equities, swaps, corporate bonds, and convertible bonds
• Proven project management and business analysis experience within trade operations
• Experience leveraging technology, automation, and/or AI tools to improve processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to review large datasets with limited direction and communicate effectively in English
