Financial Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Review and approve shareholder and DTC presentations related to various stock transfer transaction types, including routine/non-routine transfers, inheritance, gifts, and restricted stock.
• Process cost basis, DTC (DWAC & DRS), DRIP/DSPP plan enrollments, and new stock issuances.
• Partner with other departments to resolve and remediate day-to-day operational issues.
• Work on special projects to drive unit efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Assist with testing requirements for system enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure accurate and timely responses to meet SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in the Transfer Agent or Financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to recognize errors in complex data.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills to prioritize critical tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting professional correspondence.
