Financial Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and financial modeling to support company growth
• Assist in presenting strategic recommendations to senior management
• Conduct financial reporting, including monthly P&L analysis and forecasting
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI review reports across various departments
• Monitor and measure metrics for new business initiatives and key goals
• Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are implemented and documented
• Lead medium and large-scale projects and cross-functional process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• MBA, CA, CPA, or ICAEW qualification
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience in consumer-oriented business finance roles
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and modeling
• Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to develop creative solutions and new business ideas

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in E-Commerce, FMCG, or Retail industries
