Financial Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and admit investment funds, including mutual, alternative, and private market funds, to ensure eligibility in FundSettle.
• Analyze fund documentation and translate findings into actionable FundSettle rules.
• Interact with clients and agents to resolve queries with accuracy and a proactive mindset.
• Support operational teams by resolving queries and prioritizing client needs.
• Handle approvals, escalations, and complex investigations within defined frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process redesigns.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in financial services operations with a strong understanding of investment operations.
• Proficiency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues independently.
• High attention to detail and excellent accuracy.
• Knowledge of mutual funds and hedge funds is strongly recommended.
• Ability to work shifted hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Malaysia time).
