About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records across multiple entities
- Ensure accuracy of transactions in QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Build and maintain tracking systems in Google Sheets and Excel
- Track property-level expenses, capital expenditures, and interest
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and errors
- Coordinate with banks and vendors to verify transaction details
- Improve financial workflows and document repeatable processes
Requirements
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (formulas and data structuring)
- Strong analytical skills to identify data discrepancies
- Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours
- Clear professional English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-entity businesses
- Experience with property-based accounting
- Familiarity with CapEx tracking and financial reporting structures
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Slack, and email-based workflows
