About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver FMA's strategic direction in the Americas, identifying growth priorities and emerging market themes.
  • Direct and manage large, multi-disciplinary project teams including subject matter experts, data specialists, and researchers.
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day liaison and trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders and client management.
  • Drive commercial impact by originating new engagements and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Lead engagement design and planning, acting as the central point of coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Execute complex projects through content creation, quantitative analysis, and solutions-oriented advice.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in investment banking, corporate banking, or strategy consulting.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets and experience across various asset classes, including private markets.
  • Proven track record of business development, revenue generation, or expanding senior client relationships.
  • Strong quantitative and technical skills with the ability to perform complex problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues for senior audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and coach diverse teams in high-intensity environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build new solutions where no playbook exists.
