Financial Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on optimum resource usage for NKO programs and assist with PPBS and resource planning actions
• Prepare independent analysis of current and projected financial baselines for IW PEs
• Oversee Budgeting Execution Report (BER), Execution Plan, and Initial Distribution
• Track funding documents from creation to completion and reconcile inaccuracies with DFAS and site leadership
• Process commitment and obligation documentation using DEAMS, ABSS, and other financial systems
• Support the PPBE process for O&M, Other Procurement, RDTE, and Military Personnel funds
• Develop POM initiative inputs and supporting briefing materials to advocate for necessary funding
• Build spending plans and track obligation/expenditure rates by organization
• Coordinate student funding, travel vouchers, and Fund Cite Requests (FCRs)

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• High School Diploma
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Minimum 5 years of financial resource management experience
• 2 years of DoD budget cycle, POM, and execution plan preparation experience
• 4 years of experience with DEAMS, CRIS, or ABSS
• Knowledge of USG principles in Resource Management, Budgeting, and Acquisitions
• Understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process
• Knowledge of the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) structure and roles
