About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in confidential financial investigations
- Prepare analysis of complex financial records pertaining to alleged criminal activity
- Develop and research leads to corroborate information accuracy
- Communicate methodology used to commit offenses and total financial loss to victims
- Present results in oral and written presentations to Assistant District Attorneys
- Testify at Hearings, Grand Jury proceedings, and Trials
- Assist in the execution of search warrants
- Assist with conducting interviews of victims, witnesses, informants, and alleged defendants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Level 2 requires one year of experience
- Level 3 requires two years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and investigative skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
