About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in confidential financial investigations
  • Prepare analysis of complex financial records pertaining to alleged criminal activity
  • Develop and research leads to corroborate information accuracy
  • Communicate methodology used to commit offenses and total financial loss to victims
  • Present results in oral and written presentations to Assistant District Attorneys
  • Testify at Hearings, Grand Jury proceedings, and Trials
  • Assist in the execution of search warrants
  • Assist with conducting interviews of victims, witnesses, informants, and alleged defendants

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Level 2 requires one year of experience
  • Level 3 requires two years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and investigative skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
