Financial Instrument Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in validation processes focusing on fixed income, derivatives, equities, and transitory accounts
• Support the structuring of new financial products by evaluating accounting, regulatory, and managerial impacts
• Work on the integration of accounting data and systems, proposing improvements and implementing solutions
• Ensure the quality of accounting information for managerial reports and regulatory obligations

Requirements

• Experience in accounting closing routines and managerial reconciliations
• Practical experience with IFRS 9 (CPC 48)
• Knowledge of financial instruments including derivatives, funds, fixed income, and equities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and automation tools such as Excel, Power BI, VBA, SQL, and Python
• Analytical profile with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Participation in multidisciplinary projects involving accounting, technology, products, operations, and product control
• Experience in accounting integration and routine automation projects
• Experience working in complex, high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of structured financial instruments and general products
• Experience in regulated companies (BACEN, CVM, SUSEP) or financial institutions
