Financial Institutions Coverage Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development and ongoing management of relationships with financial institutions clients
• Perform industry and company research to identify financing and advisory opportunities, including regulatory and market developments
• Prepare presentations and materials to support product solutions, including capital adequacy, liquidity management, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to support transaction execution, including capital raising, M&A, and structured finance
• Review transaction documentation and ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements
• Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Experience within a financial services environment
• Understanding of financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, and asset managers
• Solid understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to credit analysis, financial modelling, or client research
• Familiarity with relationship management processes and client onboarding workflows
