Financial Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and sustainable growth
• Lead financial reporting, controls, compliance, and risk management activities
• Partner with commercial, retail, and e-commerce teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, or Head of Finance
• Strong background in Retail, E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, or Technology industries
• Experience managing complex financial operations and high-volume businesses
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, treasury, banking relationships, and business planning
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience working in fast-growing and dynamic business environments
