Responsibilities

• Define and manage the club's global budget and forecasting cycles
• Guarantee the reliability of financial statements and reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DNCG, LFP, FFF, UEFA)
• Manage audits and anticipate financial risks
• Analyze economic performance and support strategic decision-making
• Implement management tools such as KPIs and dashboards
• Supervise all financial activities including accounting, management control, and treasury
• Structure processes and strengthen management standards
• Act as the liaison with City Football Group finance teams and produce group reporting

Requirements

• 8+ years of significant experience in finance
• Desired experience within a professional football club
• Proven managerial experience
• Mastery of financial management, structuring, and reporting
• Indispensable high level of English for international interaction
• Knowledge of professional club financial operations and regulatory bodies (DNCG)
• Strong leadership, assertiveness, and organizational skills
