Financial & Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and forecasting
• Query and analyze datasets using SQL
• Clean, structure, and transform data using Python, R, or Excel
• Build dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast vs. budget)
• Support FP&A processes and rolling forecasts
• Partner with finance, operations, sales, and leadership to translate data into actionable insights

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Data modeling)
• Strong SQL skills for queries, joins, and data extraction
• Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Preferred Qualifications

• Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Industry experience in SaaS, Finance, or Healthcare
• Experience building executive dashboards
