About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain 3-statement financial models, ROI models, and forecasting models
- Query and analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and risks
- Build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries
- Support rolling forecasts and budgeting processes
- Validate datasets and maintain documentation for models and methodologies
- Partner with finance, operations, and sales teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, or data analytics
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, and macros
- Strong SQL skills for querying and joining datasets
- Experience preparing variance analyses and management reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
- Experience in SaaS, finance, healthcare, or professional services
