Financial Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze profit and loss statements for branches
• Partner with operations to facilitate understanding of earnings
• Analyze monthly branch financials to identify profitability challenges and opportunities
• Develop new processes for forecasting, trend analysis, and reporting
• Design new dashboards to provide improved financial insights

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
• 4+ years of experience focused on data analysis
• Advanced SQL experience (CTEs, joins, subqueries)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to swiftly extract key insights from data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate finance exposure including forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Keen understanding of financial statements and financial data
• Knowledge of analytical languages such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS
