Financial Crime Policy and Standards Drafter VP

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update financial crime policies and standards to align with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather input and ensure policies are practical and effective
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment on policy matters
• Apply operational knowledge from large banking institutions to inform policy development
• Support the delivery of large-scale change programmes, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions

Requirements

• Proven experience drafting Policies and Standards within a corporate environment
• Deep knowledge of financial crime, ideally in a drafting capacity
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in or for a large banking institution to provide operational understanding of financial crime requirements
• Experience working on large-scale change programmes or delivering to tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
