Financial Crime Data SME/BA VP

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage change activities within financial crime, regulatory, BWRA, or data/MI focused programmes
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support programme objectives and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Manage risks and issues related to change delivery, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
• Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and policies through effective change communication and training initiatives
• Support programme governance and reporting to senior leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Change Lead, ideally within financial crime, regulatory, BWRA, or data/MI domains
• Experience working on large-scale change programmes
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
