About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enhancement of Financial Crime Management Information (MI) by engaging with stakeholders to develop and collate relevant data.
  • Collate, validate, and present high-quality MI and reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate international integration efforts to align processes, documentation, and reporting standards across global offices.
  • Support the Groupwide Financial Crime Risk Assessment process by coordinating inputs and tracking actions.
  • Assist in completing global regulatory reporting requirements, including data collection and quality checks.
  • Draft and maintain governance documentation, including policies, procedures, and committee packs for senior management.
  • Maintain MI trackers, logs, and supporting documentation to ensure auditability and effective record keeping.
  • Support ad hoc financial crime projects, including control enhancement and business change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable Financial Crime experience within the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in producing MI and reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functionally across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear governance documents and committee papers.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
